Problems of low self esteem is one of the most frequently reported reason why clients seek counselling. Such problems prevent us from living our lives to the full. They can be a primary source of unhappiness and can be a significant underlying contributor to psychological conditions such as stress, anxiety and depression.

This workshop will help you make a difference by providing a confidential and supportive environment where you will learn how to utilise a number of stepping stones for improving your self esteem so that you are able to live a life that is happier, healthier, and more hopeful than it is now.
