Problems of low self esteem is one of the most frequently reported reason why clients seek counselling. Such problems prevent us from living our lives to the full. They can be a primary source of unhappiness and can be a significant underlying contributor to psychological conditions such as stress, anxiety and depression.

This workshop will help you make a difference by providing a confidential and supportive environment where you will learn how to utilise a number of stepping stones for improving your self esteem so that you are able to live a life that is happier, healthier, and more hopeful than it is now.

Aims :

The aims of the workshop are for you to :

Learn the essential ‘stepping stones’ for developing self esteem

Develop your ability to utilise the stepping stones in order to make a difference

Recognise that you DO have a choice about how you respond to challenging situations

Develop the belief that your responses can be different

Feel energised for the challenge of making the difference

Give you the tools for managing your own development after the workshop

Draw strength and encouragement from learning that other people have the same experiences as you

Expected Outcomes :

You will have :

Systematically analysed your current problems of self esteem

Identified what you need to do in order to change your situation

Challenged any negative thoughts and feelings

Developed positive thoughts and feelings about yourself

Identified how you need to care for yourself better

Developed a range of strategies for making change happen

Prepared an action plan for continuing the change process after the workshop

 

The Workshop will be limited to eight people

Cost will be £95.00 per person payable in advance but £65.00 for an early bird booking
