About Us

We provide a discreet, confidential space with qualified counsellors and psychotherapists at prices to suit all pockets. We work with adults and young people from the age of 4 with no upper age limit. Our Custard Factory building is fully accessible with modern lifts and toilet facilities.

Most of the time we are able to offer you your first session within just a few days of your initial enquiry.

We provide a full range of Counselling Services delivered by a team of dedicated professionals who offer ‘one to one’ counselling and psychotherapy, couples and relationship counselling, group counselling, and Anger Management. We assure you of a warm friendly welcome and comfortable surroundings including a pleasant waiting area if you are early for your appointment. Parking is available near both of our locations.

All our counsellors are members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

Our modern Counselling Centre at Birmingham’s Custard Factory, just a few minutes walk from Birmingham City Centre in the Zellig Building. We’ve recently had 12 rooms built specifically for our services, which are as comfortable and suitable as our rooms here have always been. With links straight into the Bullring and near Grand Central Station, if this location is best for you, let us know when enquiring about sessions with us.

Branston Court, Jewellery Quarter

We’ve recently acquired new rooms at Branston Court, just off Vyse Street and right next to our old location in the Jewellery Quarter. Here we have 3 modern and comfortable rooms where our counsellors are delivering sessions as of October 2018.
