Online Counselling
Face to face therapy can be a daunting prospect. If you suffer with social anxiety and find leaving the house difficult, taking the step to come to a new place could be a barrier to you accessing help. Alternatively, you may travel for work and find a commitment to regular weekly therapy sessions in one place difficult to maintain. Alternatively, you may not live within communting distance of Birmingham but would like to have therapy with one of our counsellors. We strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, therefore we have a number of counsellors who are able to offer therapy via a secure online conferencing software.
