Do you want to make positive change in your life? Whether you want to feel less anxious, depressed, or angry, or whether you want to manage stress better, or make healthy changes in your behaviours and habits – I can help.
I specialise in Solution-Focussed Therapy, which takes client strengths and resources as the starting point for supporting change. I’m passionate about helping my clients find the self-awareness, confidence, and self-belief to make the changes they want to make. I believe that by recognising our inner power, we can all achieve the futures we strive for. I work with a range of issues, including anger management, disturbed eating and eating disorders, depression, anxiety, stress management, family and relationship breakdown, and coping with long term illness.
Due to the current circumstances of COVID-19, I’m currently offering a temporary reduced fee. My usual fee of £65 has been reduced to £45 for a limited time only.
Please contact me if you require clinical supervision – my approach draws on my experience with using a number of modalities (Person-Centred/Solution-Focussed Therapy/ACT/CBT), and I work with my supervisees to both support their own emotional journeys, and extend their learning. (Fee: £65 per one hour session).
I also offer academic supervision. As an experienced researcher and doctorate supervisor I can offer independent supervision to support planning, research design, analysis, and writing. I provide academic supervision to students on counselling and psychology programmes, as well as other Social Sciences subjects. (Fee: £45 per one hour session, with additional costs for review of written work).
I’m a Chartered Health Psychologist, registered with the British Psychological Society (membership number 170578).
