I specialise in Solution-Focussed Therapy, which takes client strengths and resources as the starting point for supporting change. I’m passionate about helping my clients find the self-awareness, confidence, and self-belief to make the changes they want to make. I believe that by recognising our inner power, we can all achieve the futures we strive for. I work with a range of issues, including anger management, disturbed eating and eating disorders, depression, anxiety, stress management, family and relationship breakdown, and coping with long term illness.
In addition to sessional personal therapy, I offer programmes in weight management (12 weeks), stress management (3 weeks), and relationships support (5 weeks).
