As a qualified counsellor, together we can help you to discover how to move forward and let go of what could be holding you back. There is no particular path to take and counselling is a different experience for everyone.

I have worked with many different clients experiencing a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, low confidence / self esteem and suicidal intent amongst others.
