Everyone has times when they feel life isn’t going the way they would like. Maybe you feel anxious, depressed or overwhelmed. Perhaps you are experiencing difficulties in relationships with others or yourself. Maybe there are things from the past that are having a negative effect on your day to day life.
I am a fully qualified counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I adhere to the BACP ethical code of practice to provide a safe, confidential space to explore your feelings, thoughts and emotions. Counselling is a collaborative process between counsellor and client where we work together towards a deeper understanding of your self and the challenges you face. Counselling can help you find ways of changing the things you are unhappy with or accepting those things that cannot be changed.
I offer a non-judgemental, supportive environment where you can talk freely about what is on your mind with the aim of working towards greater happiness and success in your life.
Specialising in: Depression, anxiety, self confidence/self esteem, relationship difficulties
