In addition to long-term face-to-face psychotherapy and short-term face-to-face counselling I offer life coaching for specific and focused issues, and sobriety coaching for recovery from addiction and/or compulsive behaviours. I work from a relational, humanistic, Gestalt perspective.

Individual session (50 minutes) full fee £60 / Concession £50 this is also for students

Couple single session 50 minutes for £90,

Couples 1.5 sessions minutes for £135

Couples double session  100 minute sessions £180.00.
