Hi All,
The approach that I use is called Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, which focuses on creating a positive mindset to the problems we may be experiencing. It also focuses on our behaviours, emotions and physical symptoms and how these may be all linked. My approach is effective for individuals who are suffering from low mood, anxiety, depression, and low self esteem. We often feel confused and frustrated with our lives, however CBT can allow us to understand this and conclude how to manage our own problems.
