I help people to mange their anger and discover a ‘life less angry’. If you are looking for a practical approach backed up by online resources that you can study at your own pace and in your own time then I might be the right coach and counsellor for you. I combine online learning materials with telephone and/or secure online counselling and coaching for adults and young people (14+) who want to make a positive change in their lives. I can provide you with a letter of attendance and engagement if you successfully complete the online course and one to one sessions. This typically takes 4-6 sessions one to one sessions.
