    • How enthusiastic you are about a subject

      If you care about what you are learning you’ll be able to talk about it passionately. As a result you’ll be able to share more knowledge, understanding and interest than in any exam.

    • Your friends and family

    • Taking care of yourself

      A healthy body makes a healthy mind. When exam stress starts up our body’s are put under pressure and we can suffer as a consequence. In order to avoid this, you need to prioritise drinking enough water and eating plenty of healthy, regular meals each and every day. A quick spurt of exercise also really improves your physical health whilst giving you a boost of brain power.

    • Your mental health

      Last but not least, your happiness is more important than any exam or career. At the end of the day we all work hard to be able to go and enjoy life. It’s not always easy to take care of our mental health but forming a good supportive network of family, friends or professionals can make a huge difference.
