Ayishah Joanna Swiecinska - PolishCounselling is a therapy, which offers you a safe, confidential place to talk about your life and anything that may be confusing, painful or uncomfortable. It allows you to talk with someone who is trained to listen attentively and to help you improve things. I work in truly unique, holistic and integrative way combining modern day counselling with mind-body-soul approach. In my practice I can use Person Centered, Psycho Dynamic, CBT, Spiritual and Islamic Counselling models. My clients are at the center of my work and we choose methods of therapy that are at most relevance to process of self growth. As the relationship with therapist is at the heart of counselling we will build a professional and confidential relationship, where you will feel accepted, valued, safe and not judged.
